Road Traffic Act and the Act for speeding
Monday, October 10th, 2011Faster is probably the most common criminal on the road, even if the signs everywhere, and for the speed camera areas, people are still out to get caught speeding. The police also run their own operations and speeding campaigns to try to reduce speeding. Road Traffic Act has been established to ensure that speeding violations are dealt with existing procedures and speeding the perpetrators are punished according to law.
Faster happens when you run someone over the legal speed limit was adopted in any way. Teach your children about traffic rules
Sunday, June 5th, 2011Children in kindergarten through third grade are learning to become independent. They enjoy hiking, riding bikes and playing outside.
They can not cope with the traffic court itself yet, but they can begin to understand the safety rules. Parents often believe that their children are able to handle traffic safely themselves before they are truly ready.
Children are not the skills of these dangerous situations, at least until the age of ten. Boys are much more likely than girls to be injured or killed in traffic.
Do not allow children to ride the road until they fully understand the rules of the road and show them to abide by them. Small children often act before thinking and can do what parents or drivers expect.
They also assume that if they see the driver, the driver can see them. Children are not able to assess speed and they think cars can stop instantly.

Knowledge of Pedestrian Laws
Tuesday, March 29th, 2011A lot of people jaywalk, it does not mean that it is a big deal, but it is illegal. Many pedestrians have had near death experiences, while lawfully in accordance with the pedestrian signal.
Many people have been hit by motorists to turn right, turn left, drivers and drivers who do not look people in the crosswalk. To avoid the ticket, only the cross-marked pedestrian crossings and obey no pedestrian signals.
Whether you follow your nose, a map or GPS, you may end up with “No Trespassing” area. Many have followed what appeared to be a public road and ended up at the gate of the guards.
Watch “Private Property” and “no access” signs always turn off the pavement. Do not rely on short to tell whether a street or a path is a public or have restricted access.
Trespassing can be landed you in jail, and they need guarantees. The obvious rule of thumb is also the law: not carrying weapons in public places.
